We're onboarding our first 3 design partners now. If you run a 2–10 clinician BH practice in CA, TX, or NY, we'll waive both the subscription and the contingency for six months in exchange for weekly product feedback + anonymized case-study rights.

After the six months: standard pricing applies, but with a 12-month most-favored-nation clause — you never pay more per seat than any other practice during that window, even if we raise list price.

Common questions

Is there a minimum contract length?

No. Month-to-month by default. Annual prepay gets a 5% discount but you can cancel any time — we'll refund the unused months pro-rated.

What counts as 'recovered denial revenue'?

Cash actually received from the payer after a denial was overturned by a Trellova-drafted appeal — measured against the corresponding 835 remittance. Predicted recoveries and billed-but-not-paid amounts don't count. The line is itemized on the monthly invoice so you can reconcile against your EHR.

Is there a setup fee?

No. Onboarding takes ~45 minutes for a 5-clinician practice (account setup + EHR connection + first session walkthrough) and is included.

What about per-session or per-claim fees?

None. The two line items above are the only ways we charge. Scribe sessions, prior-auths submitted, denials appealed, patient SMS, EHR write-backs, browser-extension fallback — all included in the subscription.

What if a payer audits one of the appeals?

We supply the source-linked transcript and the matched payer criteria as the evidence trail. The clinician's signed note is what gets submitted; we never speak to the payer directly in your name without explicit per-tenant authorization.

Do you have an enterprise tier?

For practices > 25 clinicians or networks with custom payer contracts, yes — pricing flexes and we'll quote separately. Reach out and we'll get you a number within two business days.

Do you charge for the patient app or browser extension?

No. They're part of the subscription. Patients never see a charge from Trellova; their relationship is entirely with your practice.
