What we do (and what we don't)

We do

  • Ambient AI scribe purpose-built for BH (MSE-typed, risk-classified, MBC-integrated, citation-grounded).
  • Auto-submit prior authorizations through Availity today; direct payer FHIR in Jan 2027.
  • Detect denials at ingest, draft appeal letters with payer-criteria citations, recover ~22 points of first-pass approval rate.
  • Write signed notes + codes back to your EHR via API (or a browser-extension fallback).

We don't

  • Build an EHR. No scheduling, no billing engine, no patient portal that overlaps with you.
  • Compete with Heard — we feed clean codes into bookkeeping reconciliation.
  • Replace Availity or any clearinghouse — we use them.
  • Touch the clinician account-of-record relationship. That stays with you.

We've already shipped a browser-extension fallback for vendors not ready for API integration — so we can route customers to you without waiting for a partnership to close. The partnership unlocks the better experience but is not blocking.

How the economics work for you

Default referral revenue-share offer (negotiable up for deeper integration partners):

  • 15% of Trellova subscription revenue on referred customers, first 24 months.
  • 1% of denial-recovery contingency revenue on referred customers, first 24 months.
  • Paid quarterly with line-item attribution.

For a 5-clinician practice you refer, that's ~$4.5k of revenue share over 24 months. At 100 referred practices, ~$450k back to you at zero CAC and zero ongoing servicing cost.

Compliance posture (for your diligence team)

  • Standard HIPAA Business Associate Agreement ready to sign.
  • All sub-processors covered by signed BAAs: WorkOS, Anthropic, Deepgram, LiveKit, Twilio, Postmark, AWS, Datadog.
  • SOC 2 Type I report Q3 2026; Type II Q1 2027 (in progress).
  • Per-tenant AES-256-GCM data-encryption keys wrapped by AWS KMS CMKs; TLS 1.3 in transit; WSS for ambient audio.
  • Append-only audit log with tamper-evident triggers at the database layer; PHI scrub on every log line and LLM call.
  • Row-level Postgres security via app.current_tenant_id GUC + role-scoped grants (defense in depth above app checks).

What we want from this conversation

  1. 30-minute exploratory call. We walk through the demo and answer questions.
  2. API access for a paid pilot. We sign your standard partner agreement, pay normal API rates, you give us sandbox + production keys, we build the integration in 3 weeks.
  3. Co-sell pilot. Pick 5 of your customers who match our ICP (2–10 clinician BH commercial). We onboard them at no charge for 6 months in exchange for joint case-study rights.
  4. Non-binding LOI. If none of the above fits, an LOI acknowledging us as a candidate for future partnership is enough — we'll come back to you with more proof points in six months.
